Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges according to the following guidelines:
- Please contact me if you have any problems with your order
- Ship item back within 2 weeks
- Because of the nature of customize or personalized order, they can't be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
Condition of Return:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original conditions, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
